who are established before jumping into a business relationship with them.
I'm going to be 100% honest about all of our dealings with egiftbaskets.com; starting with the following:
1)Customer Support~ Phenomenal> Every single time that we've had an issue(bug) with our web site all we've had to do is send a simple email and w/ in 24-48 hrs we were either given the instructions on how to fix the problem ourselves or the problem was fixed for us by their great group of web developers.
As you know, your going to have problems creating a web site, and tweaking just right to fit your needs exactly the way you want it, the main concern is how is your tech support team going to work with you? I can tell you from experience that the guys @ egiftbaskets.com truly do a great job.
They don't just fix the problem for you, they sometimes explain what they did to fix it so if it happens again you can go into your own ADMIN yourself and fix it yourself!
2) Quality of Product>Fantastic! Just look at our web site!! My employees and I drew it up on a dry eraser board copied it and sent it in to the team @ egiftbaskets and Viola'-there it is!! Everything from our Logo, to the lettering to the Catalog, ETC...
3) Availability to Add and Change Products> Super-- At first we had no idea what we were doing (we had never owned a Gift Basket Business before) and Egiftbaskets provided us with a great blueprint which we decided to follow to the T! We used their Drop Shipper (which worked out great at first, until we were able to start to create and develop our own first class Gift Baskets); Now we use both--At anytime we have the capability to create a new Gift Basket and add it to our inventory (very EASY!!) Also, we are able to delete any Gift Basket as well!!
There's so much more, but we can't make the decision for you, however it does take hard work and determination to be successful!! We are still learning new stuff every single day! But know this, there are going to be tough times without a doubt, however during our tough times it has always been great to have an "Ace in the Hole" Back-up that we do, and that, without a doubt is Egiftbaskets.com.
One more thing, and I'm not just saying this either, EVERYBODY that visits our Web Site and I mean EVERYBODY always comments on how incredible it looks! Even though my Team came up with the concept and the look, it was Everyone @ Egiftbaskets.com that took our vision and created a Masterpiece.
